1 Star - If this General is the Rally Spot Officer, your In-city Troops Defense will receive a boost of +15%.
2 Star - With this General as your Rally Spot Officer, you'll see an increase in March Speed by 20% and In-city Troops Defense by 5%.

3 Star: With General leading the rally spot, the troops within the city will get a nice boost of 15% to their HP!
4 Star: Having General as the Rally Spot Officer means the troops in the city will not only get a 5% increase in attack, but also a 5% increase in HP.
5 Star: When General takes charge as the Rally Spot Officer, the troops in the city will see a 10% boost in attack and a 5% increase in defence. How awesome is that!
