Definitely! Sun Ce is a top choice for players who love Mounted PvP or leading rallies for Monster Hunting. His Special Skill, Young Conqueror, boosts Mounted Troop attack by a whopping 35%, and he can even equip a Mounted Attack Skill Book on top of that. Sun Ce is pretty amazing even with minimal development, making him a fantastic Assistant or Main General.
Sun Ce is also great for Mounted Wall Defence. While one of his Speciality buffs is inactive in this role, it hardly matters because of his huge Mounted Attack buff. This General is a premium option that you should focus on developing further, especially if you can gather more fragments for Ascension. If that's not possible, using him as an Assistant is still a smart move.
