Absolutely! He is one of the best Ground PvP Generals in the game. Unfortunately, he can only be obtained from packs, which may not be the best for free players looking to rise up in the game. However, if you do have Maeda Toshiie, you'll benefit from a significant ground attack and HP boost thanks to his special skill.
Even though his special skill is mainly for offense, he surprisingly holds his own as a Ground Defence General. But, it's not the ideal way to utilize him. To really make the most of Maeda Toshiie, you'll want to max out his specialties, and there are other generals better suited for Ground Defence.
