Is Douglas a top general in Evony?
Douglas is a fantastic choice for players looking to excel in Ranged PvP battles. His Special Skill, Blessing of Siren, gives Ranged Troops a solid 25% attack boost, with an additional 15% increase when paired with a Dragon or Spiritual Beast. Keep in mind that this skill only applies when attacking, not defending.
But that's not all! Douglas also provides a 15% attack and defence boost to Siege Machines. And with his Specialties enhancing both Ranged Troops and Siege Machines, he's a great option for players who like to mix things up on the battlefield.

Keep in mind that this General can be leveled up through the Evony General Ascending feature. Each star level ascension will give the General an extra boost to their Special Skill.

When the General is leading the army in attack, ranged troops' attack is increased by 25%. When the General brings a dragon or spiritual beast to attack, ranged troops and siege machines' attack and defense are boosted by 15%.
