Cimon is definitely one of the top Sub City PvP Generals in Evony, thanks to his incredible kit that dishes out huge debuffs to the enemy. His Special Skill, Delian League, kicks things off with a fantastic 40% reduction to the attack of Ranged Troops and Siege Machines, along with a 30% reduction to both their HP and defense. Cimon - Special Skill
Don't worry about having to level up Cimon's Special Skill - it's always active from the start! But make sure to carefully read the description to make sure it's working as you expect.And guess what? You can make Cimon even stronger through the Evony General Ascending feature. Each ascended star level will give Cimon an extra boost to their Special Skill.
Delian League
When Cimon is leading your army, enemy ranged troops and siege machines' attack will be reduced by 40%, and enemy siege machines' defence and HP will be lowered by 30%.
