Is Khalid a strong general in Evony?
Khalid is definitely a solid choice as an Evony Siege General! His special skill and skill books give him high siege attack, making him a great option for players who don't spend a lot. He can also be used for Siege Defence, although there are better options available for that role.

Khalid – Special Skill
An Evony General’s Special Skill is always working and doesn't need any levelling up. Be sure to read the description carefully to make sure it's making the impact you want.
Keep in mind that this General can be upgraded through the Evony General Ascending feature. Every star level upgrade will give an extra boost to the General’s Special Skill.
Drawn Sword of God
This skill boosts siege machines' attack and defence by 20% and mounted troops' attack by 20% when the General leads the army.

Ascended Special Skill Buffs
Here are the extra buffs that an ascended Khalid will get to his Special Skill as he progresses through each star level:
1 Star: Siege Machine Attack +10%, Mounted Troop Defence +10%.
2 Star: Increases Troop Death into Wounded Rate by 8% when General is leading the army to attack.

4 Star: Your Siege Machine Attack and Mounted Troop HP both get a helpful +10% increase.
5 Star: Equip your Siege Machines for battle with an extra +10% Attack, and watch your Mounted Troop Attack rise by 10% as well!
